Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, connecting a platform, or otherwise using Hullkit, you agree to these Terms. If you're using Hullkit on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” refers to that organization.

2. Description of service

Hullkit turns scattered social leads into a reviewed, approved reply queue — so nothing gets missed and nothing goes out without a human okaying it first.

3. Account responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. You're responsible for having the right to connect any platform account you connect to Hullkit, and for keeping that connection's access current (for example, reauthorizing it if a platform requires it).

4. Human approval, always

Every reply Hullkit drafts requires an explicit human approval before it sends. There is no setting that lets an AI-drafted reply go out automatically after a delay, and no configuration that removes this step. This is a fixed architectural property of the product — not something we offer as an option and not something we can change for your account without rebuilding the product itself.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Hullkit to:

• Monitor content you don't have a right to monitor, including content that isn't publicly accessible or that you've accessed by bypassing a platform's own access controls.
• Violate a monitored platform's own terms of service, developer policies, or acceptable use rules.
• Send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or abusive messages, or use Hullkit to violate any applicable law.
• Interfere with, degrade, or overload the integrity or performance of Hullkit or the platforms it connects to.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Hullkit, other accounts, or our systems.

6. Payment and billing

Hullkit is offered on subscription plan tiers with different usage, monitor, and connection limits. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis for the plan you select, and usage that exceeds your plan's limits may be billed separately or require an upgrade, as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as we otherwise state in writing.

7. Termination

You may stop using Hullkit and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, including the acceptable use section above, or if we reasonably believe your use of Hullkit creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. On termination, your right to use Hullkit ends immediately; certain provisions of these Terms (including limitation of liability and governing law) survive termination.

8. Limitation of liability

Hullkit is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Line By Line LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Hullkit, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Hullkit will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Hullkit is operated by Line By Line LLC.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated Terms here with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use Hullkit after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
