What to expect after you sign up
Hullkit turns scattered social leads into a reviewed, approved reply queue — so nothing gets missed and nothing goes out without a human okaying it first. Here's what setting that up looks like.
- Step 1Connect
Once you're signed in, connecting your first account happens under the Connections section — this is the same place that shows every platform you're watching, all in one list. Telegram, Bluesky, and YouTube are live and connectable today. WhatsApp, Instagram, and Threads are already built and pending Meta's business verification, so they'll join that list once approved, but they're not connectable yet.
- Step 2Monitor
Next you set up a monitor: a saved keyword or topic watch on one of your connected accounts. Every DM, comment, and mention that matches it becomes a Lead — the queue where matched content shows up, scored for buying intent so you can tell at a glance which conversations are worth your time first.
- Step 3Draft
When a monitor catches a lead worth answering, Hullkit writes a Draft — an AI-assisted reply that waits on your approval and never sends automatically. Drafts sit in their own queue so you can read, edit, or dismiss them before anything reaches the person on the other end.
- Step 4Shadow mode
Shadow mode: watch Hullkit's automation prove itself before it ever sends on your behalf.
Before you let a rule send replies automatically, it runs in shadow mode — a dry run that logs exactly what it would have sent without sending it. You can read through that log for as long as you want, on your own schedule, until you're confident the automation is getting it right.
- Step 5Activate
When you're ready, you flip that rule from shadow mode to active, and it starts sending its replies on its own. You can review usage against your plan at any time in the Usage section, so there are no surprises about what your automation is doing or how much of it you've used.
